Additionally, a hands-on approach with laser tag equipment and 4 themed laser tag arenas will be available for all attendees to experience in our 7,000 square foot showroom. Other attractions including our Cosmic black light miniature course, our Lazer Frenzy lazer maze, and our Game Patrol unit (mobile family fun center on wheels) will be on display and discussed as complimentary attractions for entertainment centers.

May 14th - We've organized some optional social events that will allow attendees to experience Indianapolis and participate in additional networking opportunities:

Indianapolis Motor Speedway Experience: Experience the Indianapolis Motor Speedway just a few weeks before the Indianapolis 500 race! For those interested, we are offering a Speedway Experience on Monday, May 14th. Weather permitting, there will be various drivers practicing for the big race at the track from 1:00-6:00 PM. You can also visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum, which is recognized as one of the most highly visible museums in the world for automobiles and auto racing.

  • Time: We will leave the conference hotel at 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Transportation: Creative Works will arrange car pool transportation
  • Location: Indianapolis Motor Speedway - to learn more go to the Motor Speedway Website
  • Approximate Cost: $10 to enter the track and $5 for the museum - pay onsite
Golf Outing: For those of you interested in being more active on Monday, May 14th, we are also offering a golf outing during the afternoon. As an added bonus, we're offering prizes to the winners of the outing if you move forward with you laser tag project. The format of the golf competition will depend on the number of people that sign up.
  • Time: We will leave the conference hotel at 2:00 PM Eastern Time for a 2:30 PM tee time
  • Transportation: Creative Works will arrange car pool transportation
  • Location: Southern Dunes Golf Course - to learn more go to the Southern Dunes Website
  • Approximate Cost: $35 per person (includes cart) - pay onsite
Adverse Weather Plan: If weather is an issue and we are unable to go to the track or golf course, our alternate plan will be to go to the Eiteljorg Museum, downtown Indianapolis. For more details on the great destination, go to the Eiteljorg Website

Event Partners
We will have several members of our Partner Alliance Team there to assist in answering your questions on many other topics and attractions. Additionally with multiple laser tag equipment providers in one place, you will have the benefit of experiencing their equipment while playing inside our laser tag arena showroom.

Event Information:

  • Sign-in starts on May 15th at 8:00 AM; if you come for one of our May 14th early networking events, we will coordinate this separately so please let us know
  • Each day will start at 9:00 AM at the meeting room inside the hotel
  • The event will conclude on Wednesday May 16th at 7:00 PM but we encourage you to stay until Thursday morning for other networking opportunities
  • A valid driver's license or passport is required for admittance
